Research Opportunities
There has been very little research on our history, our experiences or the consequences of growing up in institutional 'care' last century. One reason the Senate Inquiry was so significant is that it finally put us on the public record so that people can no longer say, 'oh, I didn't know that happened'.
We hope that CLAN will eventually have some funds so that we can conduct research, as well as provide the services that are needed. In the meantime we are pleased that people are beginning to get up research projects on aspects of our history.
If you would like to be be involved in a research project or have one of your own, please contact CLAN direct.
